At our agency, we carefully select bilingual nannies who typically possess a strong
background in childcare, along with training and experience in caring for children of
different ages and developmental stages. Additionally, they are fluent in the languages they
claim to speak and may hold additional certifications or training in areas such as first aid,
ACHE Level 2 Certificate in Child Care and Education or NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Early Years
Education and Care.
